Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be notified in writing. Refunds can be issued for cancellations received before June 10, 2026, subject to an administration fee of €50. After this date, refunds will not be issued.
Delegate substitutions are permitted at any time. If the substitute participant belongs to a different registration category, any difference in the applicable fee must be paid.
Registration policy
This meeting has a maximum capacity of 150 participants, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline for registration is July 15, 2026. Registrations will be accepted on a rolling basis, and participation is confirmed upon completion of the registration and payment process.
Late Breakers’ Abstracts
A Late Breakers’ Abstract submission period will be open from May 11 to May 21, 2026, under the same conditions as the regular abstract submission period.
Poster specifications
The space is designed for a vertical poster with dimensions of 90 x 120 cm (width x height), which corresponds to A0 portrait format.
Registration includes:
- Accommodation (shared rooms) at Eden Roc Hotel
- Meals (breakfast, lunch and dinners) at Eden Roc Hotel
- Coffee breaks
- Transfers to/from El Prat Barcelona’s airport.
Payment
Accepted participants will receive payment details by email. Your place will only be confirmed after payment of the registration fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be notified in writing. Please note, prior to May 30, 2026 refunds can be issued if a substitute delegate is provided and pays the same ‘all inclusive meeting fee’ rate as the cancelling delegate. After May 30, 2026 refunds will not be issued, however substitute delegates will be accepted without charge.
Selection criteria
The capacity of the workshop is limited to 120 participants. The deadline for registration is May 4, 2026 but we encourage you to register early because the meeting may fill up before the deadline. You will be informed quickly if your registration has been accepted, but your place at the workshop is not guaranteed until payment of the registration charge is received. The deadline for receipt of payments is May 4, 2026. Priority will be given to presenters. Any remaining vacancies will be allocated on a first-come-served basis.

Abstracts may contain a maximum of 300 words, excluding title, authors, and affiliations.
